Biography
David is the Founder and CEO of Austin Capital, LLC, a boutique merchant bank that assists small companies with financial consulting with a focus on Private Equity. Austin Capital manages Austin Capital Fund I and II, which includes companies in diverse but related industries including Business Process Outsourcing, Qualified Retirement Plans, Trust and Asset Management, and Information Technology.
David has started or acquired 29 companies during his 20 years with Austin Capital with a focus on small and mid-size companies with revenues less than $100 million a year. Prior to starting Austin Capital he worked as a financial analyst at an emerging market money management firm focused on pension plans and traded derivatives on Wall Street. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the current Chairman and Co-Founder of Job Creators Alliance.
